Clients are taken through a deep process of healing the heart and mind. Using a combination of guided imagery, breath work, and powerful questioning, intuitive session work uses the process of balancing the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental aspects of self for health and vitality. Increasing your sense of relaxation, a deeper understanding of self, and gives you a stronger sense of grounding.
Sessions seek out a deep understanding of your own energetic makeup. A variety of issues including anxiety, depression, sexual dysfunction, and trauma can be addressed. Sessions can be conducted in person or by phone: ½ hour and one hour sessions available.
