You will identify, harvest, dry, prepare, and consume herbal remedies, teas, infusions, vinegars, tinctures, salads from plants such as violet, garlic mustard, dandelion, burdock, cronewort, and chickweed. Great class for beginners. Includes talking stick ceremony, a weed walk, wild-food lunch, and instruction.
