 Online Courses
All personal seminars are conducted online as a distance learning E-course over the course of four weeks. Participants receive a course manual, 4 one-hour phone sessions with Hillary, a forum to discuss ideas with other participants, and work with Hillary in a one-on-one setting. Each seminar offers participants a certificate of completion. Registration is offered on an ongoing basis, and with rolling enrollment. A student may register at any given time. Each seminar lasts for four weeks from the date of enrollment. This is a unique form of study and lifts the constraints of meeting in a classroom, making it equally available to everyone regardless of time and distance. Current personal seminars include:
Seminar 1 - Dreaming and Therapy: The Basics of Lucid Dreaming
Course Description: A four week seminar designed to implement the structured skills of fostering lucid dreaming. Discipline and practice are a major theme for this seminar, and participants will learn how to put to use the basics of meditation, body mind connections, specific techniques to work with and practice at night before going to sleep. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-to-work seminar designed to 'walk your talk' as a dreamer. Journaling, inner work, and understanding yourself on a very deep level is the focus for this seminar. Participants will work with the medicine wheel, spirit guides, and sacred tools, such as a drum or crystal, and how it relates to dreaming.

Seminar 2 - Dissolving the Walls Between Lives
Course Description: Go deeply into your past and future life connections with yourself and others. Learn specific techniques to foster a deeper understanding about soul contracts, karma, and how to heal wounds that transcend this lifetime. Meet your spirit guide and learn how to work with your guide to find your own personal dreaming symbol. Learn how to use that symbol for healing beyond lifetime boundaries. Learn how to bridge the dreamtime with the now for healing and personal empowerment.
Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Dreaming and Therapy

Seminar 3 - Advanced Dreaming
The last in the three part series, this course is designed to take the student through a series of practices to enhance advanced dreaming skills. Learn techniques to foster advanced lucid dreaming, understand how to 'double dream'. Work with spirit animals and guides in the dreamtime and better understand what it means to be a 'dreamer'. Learn advanced dreaming techniques such as 'double dreaming'. Students will actively work with me in the dreamtime. Learn how to navigate the dreamtime with your spirit guide to find answers for healing.
Pre-requisite: Successful completion of both Dreaming and Therapy, and Dissolving the Walls Between Lives Seminars in order to enroll in Advanced Dreaming.
